To provide a seamless experience, we collect the following data:
Account Information: We collect your Email Address during registration to create and secure your account and to sync data across devices.
Financial Data: We store information you manually enter, including Income, Expenses, and Customer Transaction Records (Debits and Credits).
Customer Information: Names or contact details of your customers that you enter into the ledger for bookkeeping purposes.
3. Data Storage and Security
All data is stored on secure servers and is encrypted during transit using HTTPS protocols.
We use industry-standard measures to protect your sensitive financial information from unauthorized access.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal or financial data to third-party advertising companies. Your data is used strictly for providing the app's functionality to you.
5. User Rights and Data Deletion
You can modify or delete your records at any time.
You may request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data directly through the ZoodHesab app by going to Settings, opening your user profile, and selecting Delete Account.
If you cannot access the app, you may also request account deletion by emailing us at privacy@zoodhesab.com.
When an account deletion request is completed, ZoodHesab deletes the user data associated with that account, including operational financial records entered in the app. In limited cases, some records may be retained where necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or internal accounting integrity.
